一、粉煤灰用量對內外墻膩子粉性能的影響：隨著粉煤灰用量增加，膩子粘結強度逐漸降低;當粉煤灰用量達30%以上時，強度降低相對較快。另外，隨著粉煤灰用量增大，膩子施工性能有所改善。綜合考慮，粉煤灰用量可控制在20%～30%范圍內。

二、水泥對內外墻膩子粉的性能的影響：在水的作用下，水泥通過反應形成交聯(lián)網(wǎng)狀結構，因而能賦予膩子高粘結強度。當水泥用量達15%后，再增加水泥用量，膩子粉的粘結強度增加較緩慢。同時，水泥用量過大，易引起膩子膜層甚至表面涂層起裂紋。因此水泥用量控制在10%～40%范圍較好。

另外，隨著乳膠粉用量增加，膩子膜層干擦洗質量損失逐漸減少，當乳膠粉用量達2.5%以上時，膩子膜層質量損失趨于穩(wěn)定，且質量損失很小。這主要是由于當乳膠粉達到此用量時，乳膠粉分散成膠液后能很好地將顏填料與基材粘結起來。
