一、混凝土面層施工技術

1、 Construction technology for concrete surface layer

1.將外墻膩子粉與清水（用量為7:3）混合均勻，然后批在表面（用一米尺刮）。當表面粗糙時，加入40 —— 80目石砂。刮出來的表面感覺不光滑，晾干后用清水滾一滾。

1. Mix the exterior wall putty powder with water (in a ratio of 7:3) evenly, and then apply it to the surface (scrape with a one meter ruler). When the surface is rough, add 40-80 mesh stone sand. The scraped surface doesn't feel smooth. After drying, roll it with clean water.

2.將外墻膩子粉與清水（用量6: 4）混合，然后在表面進行批涂。批量刮削后,膩子粉廠家，表面會很光滑。稍干時，用砂皮擦亮。如果可能的話，用清水噴在單板上，然后用稀釋的界面劑（1: 1）滾在表面。干燥后，進行表面敲擊檢查。

2. Mix the exterior wall putty powder with water (dosage 6:4), and then apply it in batches on the surface. After batch scraping, the surface of the putty powder manufacturer will be very smooth. When slightly dry, polish with sandpaper. If possible, spray clean water onto the veneer and then roll on the surface with diluted interface agent (1:1). After drying, perform surface tapping inspection.

1.天氣潮濕多雨時不能施工，溫度低于5℃時不能施工。要求表面滾涂的間隔時間為4 —— 7天（只能在膩子堿性成分中和后才能施工,內外墻膩子粉廠家，否則容易產生泛堿現象）。

1. Construction cannot be carried out when the weather is humid and rainy, and construction cannot be carried out when the temperature is below 5 ℃. The interval for surface roller coating is required to be 4-7 days (construction can only be carried out after the alkaline components of the putty are neutralized, and the putty powder manufacturers for inner and outer walls are not allowed, otherwise it is easy to cause alkaline phenomenon).

2.當干燥度過高時，請在膩子表面反復噴水，這樣可以縮短膩子的中和時間和強度。

2. When the drying is too high, please spray water repeatedly on the surface of the putty, which can shorten the neutralization time and strength of the putty.

3.玻璃馬賽克裝飾裝修建議采用“專用界面膠”作為界面材料，而不是上述施工工藝。

三、瓦墻改造施工技術

1.清潔瓷磚墻壁。界面劑與外墻膩子粉混合均勻（用量為4:6）后，刮在瓷磚墻面上（用量少，批刮重要，每平方米膩子粉用量不大于0.5kg），批刮后表面粗糙待干。
