　　石膏粉生產線原料破碎工藝:石膏塊體次由粗顎式破碎機破碎，分布在卸料區，第二次由細顎式破碎機破碎，送入料倉。在此過程中，嚴禁粗顎式破碎機帶負荷起動，停止報警信號;卸料區分為兩個卸料區，卸料車應自由切換，物料分布均勻。石膏粉生產線預磨:筒倉中的石膏粉用螺桿量取，帶機進入柱磨機進行進一步磨粉，再用分離器進行分離。合格物料由角螺桿輸送機、立斗提升機、頂螺桿輸送機運至面粉倉。在此過程中，用定值法測量螺旋，計算累計輸出。柱磨機也不能帶負荷啟動，并需要測試電流;由庫存水平信號來選擇倉庫進料。
